2006
A large part of one of the trees near the fountain split away from the trunk and lodged itself some feet above the ground against another tree. Fortunately, no serious damage was done. The tree trunk was soon removed along with some spindly trees and branches. This incident alerted the executive committee to the potential dangers of trees in our complex.

2011
Some small trees and branches which presented a potential danger to some units were removed.

2014
A tree was removed from the common area as it was considered to be a danger to Unit # 9.

2018
A diseased and rotting tree was removed from the front of Unit # 10.
A branch fell off the apple box near the western gate. An assessment was carried out by an arborist who considered that the risk of damage to property was insufficient to warrant removal.

Note:
The executive now carries out an annual check to ensure that the risk of falling trees or branches is minimised.
